Influence of Technology Orientation in Performance of Small and Medium Animal Feed Manufacturing Enterprises in Kenya

The objective of this study was to establish the influence technological orientation on performance small and medium animal feed manufacturing enterprises in Kenya. adopted a cross-sectional survey design using both quantitative qualitative approaches. target population 65 Kenya that were members Association Feed Manufacturing (AKEFEMA) are based Kiambu Nairobi City County used census approach respondents managers/owners directors. Data collected an open ended questionnaire. data analysed descriptive inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics produced frequencies, pie charts mean, standard deviation, percentages. Inferential correlation PLS Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) results, which showed causal relationship among variables. Findings technology had positive significant with Based findings, concludes SMEs regularly upgrade technology, inculcate culture adopting new technologies also possess skills.
